Jesse T. Paine, Attorney

Jesse T. Paine is a former Assistant District Attorney, where he prosecuted both felonies and misdemeanors, including DUI, traffic violations, and drug offenses. He also served as both an Assistant Attorney General and law clerk in the Kansas Attorney General’s Office, where he primarily focused on civil rights and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Paine is licensed to practice before all the state courts of Kansas, including the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Paine is currently an Allied Attorney with the Alliance Defense Fund, a member of The Federalist Society, and a member of the Christian Legal Society. He received his law degree in 2006 from Washburn University School of Law, and bachelor’s degree in political science from Wichita State University.
