CARDENAS ALLEGED THAT HE AGREED TO REPRESENT A CLIENT IN A PERSONAL INJURY ACTION ALTHOUGH HE HAD NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL MATTERS AND WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE IN SUCH SUITS; THAT HE FAILED TO INFORM THE CLIENT OF SETTLEMENT OFFERS RECEIVED FROM THE DEFENDANTS AND FAILED TO INFORM THE CLIENT THAT THE TRIAL COURT HAD DISMISSED HIS LAWSUIT BECAUSE OF RESPONDENT'S LACK OF DILIGENCE.
