Joel H. Schwartz started as a solo practitioner in 1965.  Over the years as a personal injury lawyer, he prided himself in giving the best client service possible and helping injured victims of accidents in any way he could.  As our firm grows, we continue to hire only the best and the brightest.  Our 30 professionals all specialize in personal injury law.  It is all that we do.  We continue to provide the best service and achieve the highest results for our clients in the Boston area.  Through the years, Joel Schwartz has seen many changes in personal injury law, but one thing has remained unchanged. Our office understands how busy life can be and we are here to serve you.  We would be happy to meet you at your home or elsewhere if it is preferrable.

The consultation is always free.  Our office works on a contingency fee basis which means we ONLY get paid if we obtain a settlement that is acceptable to you (you are the boss!).  Our fee is a percentage of the gross amount received, and we take our fees only from the insurance proceeds that come at the end of your case.  In other words, you never have to reach into your pocket and pay us anything - we take all the risk.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.  

However, we have attorneys on call every evening and on the weekends.  Call us anytime and an attorney will get back to you within the hour.
