Commonwealth v. Haag: Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Reversed Lower Court. Successfully argued to change the way the court was sentencing DUI offenders. Citizens For Responsible Development v. WalMart Successfully decided in favor of my client, Special Exception Denied. Radecke v. York County Board of Assessment Appeals Commonwealth Court Reversed the lower court. The reassessment was improper.
