He was a member of the Cumberland Mock Trial Team and the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board. Personal Injury case I litigated against local manufacturing Plant. Sued them for Worker's Compensation & Wrongful Discharge. Also sued their insurance carrier for the tort of Outrage. Case where employee injured their back at work (Herniated Disk) and was subsequently fired. After suit was filed, they honored her claim and provided medical treatment. All parties resolved the claim and settlements were obtained.
