She is a member of the Domestic Relations Committee, and she is an arbitrator for the Cincinnati Bar Association. In addition, she is a former professor for paralegal students for the National Institute of Paralegal Studies.
Although the vast majority of Karen's practice involves litigation, her primary focus is on resolution through collaboration and negotiation, rather than conflict.
