Kelly E Thompson, Attorney

Kelly Thompson is a member of the Family Law Section of Herring, Mills & Kratt. She represents men and women in a variety of family law and divorce related matters.

Kelly graduated cum laude from Campbell University School of Law in 2007. During her time at Campbell, Kelly served as an Articles Editor of the Campbell Law Review. In addition, she worked as a Research Assistant for Prof. Richard Lord, Editor of Williston on Contracts, and as a Teaching Scholar.

Kelly is a member of several professional organizations including the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, where she is a member of the family law section, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice.  Kelly is also a member of The North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, Wake County Chapter, and serves on the State Membership and Marketing Committees for NCAWA.

Kelly is originally from West Virginia. She and her husband Robert moved to Raleigh in 2003, but both remain rabid West Virginia Mountaineer fans.
