Mrs. Kempe-Olinger was driven to become an attorney by her interest in assisting people and her sense of justice. Her experience as an elementary school teacher prior to becoming a lawyer helped provide her with the skills needed to explain legal terms in language understood by the lay person, as well as to listen to and guide her clients. She has been particularly enriched by her acquaintance with older clients and their life experiences, and therefore she has developed her practice with a focus on the mature client.
