As a personal injury lawyer, I believe that this profession makes it possible for myself and my colleagues to have a big or positive impact on everyone of our clients. We are in the business to serve and help our clients heal and recover the maximum amount possible for their injuries.

A successful practice is only as strong as its foundation. Between my business partner Glen Lerner and I, we make a strong team that provides professional growth for our team members, as well as the necessary developmental growth of our business. We also aren’t afraid to take educated risks or to cut back for the betterment of the services we offer our clients.

Clients should look for experience, proven results in representing their type of claim, and a willingness to take the time to listen and answer any questions. At Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys, we treat all of our clients with compassion and empathy and the knowledge and willingness to aggressively fight to protect their rights.

An attorney needs to have a full understanding of local law in order to successfully represent a client. Without that knowledge, they are cheating their client out of fair representation.

The free phone consultation gives us the opportunity to learn more about an individual's claim and to help determine what legal options are available to them moving forward.

During a free consultation we need the basics: first and last name, what type of incident occurred, when and where it took place, if a person has already obtained legal counsel, if they received medical care, and current contact information.

All attorneys take an oath to faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney and conduct oneself with integrity and civility. I not only strive to fulfill this oath daily, but find ways to not only motivate and support other attorneys to do the same, but also individuals for other areas of service and socio-economic backgrounds. I truly believe that together we can do more and am willing to make the effort to make positive things happen.

The most rewarding part of my job as a lawyer is being able to carry the emotional burden of our clients so that they can focus on recovery.

Outside of law, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family enjoying athletic activities and traveling to our favorite beach/mountain locations to create more memories.

Our legal team is extremely involved with giving back to local communities. We know that we would not be where we are today without them putting their trust in us to look out for their best interests. As such, I founded our 501c3 non-profit Lerner and Rowe Gives Back as a means to pay our legal team’s successes forward for the betterment of those in need. In fact, we are pleased to share that combined, our annual charity golf tournaments for 2020 and 2021 alone raised nearly $1 million in five months. We were a little over $20,400 shy of reaching that monumental goal.

• Kevin Rowe is admitted to the Supreme Court of Arizona and various Federal courts. He is also a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, Scottsdale Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Rowe is also licensed to practice law in the states of Oregon, Washington, Illinois, and New Mexico and is a member of each state’s bar association.
  
  Furthermore, philanthropy is the hallmark of Mr. Rowe’s philosophy. He believes that the more fortunate in our society should actively seek to improve the lives of those in need, and especially innocent children who live in poverty or who suffer the effects of devastating illness or disease.
  
  Simply stated, Mr. Rowe believes, “There is no reason any child should go without.” Thus, some time ago, Mr. Rowe founded the non-profit foundation, Lerner and Rowe Gives Back. The foundation serves our community by providing direct benefits and support to the needy and provides secondary support to a myriad of other philanthropic organizations in the hopes that our compassion touches the lives of the homeless, the hungry, the abused and sick, and even to our four-legged friends.
  
  Mr. Rowe also believes in honoring and supporting members of the military. As such, he currently serves on the board of directors for MAM (Military Assistance Mission). Additionally, he’s contributed to organizations that help soldiers transition back into civilian life, send care packages to troops and recognize veterans and their families.

• Additionally, Mr. Rowe is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Top 10 Insurance Bad Faith Trial Lawyers Association, Top 100 Trial Lawyers Association, Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association and Top 100 High Stakes Litigator memberships with America’s Top 100 Attorneys professional organization.
