Introduction: | As the founder of KNP Law Firm, Konstantin has the right background, education, and aggressive attitude to protect your water, air, land, or mineral rights. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, Konstantin went on to graduate with his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, with honors, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Texas Tech Law Review. Subsequently, Konstantin received his LL.M., a post-graduate law degree over and above the J.D., from UCLA Law School, one of the premier law schools in the nation.
Prior to starting his own practice, Konstantin worked as a civil litigation associate at Brockett & McNeel, LLP, one of the most active civil litigation firms in West Texas. He also worked as an intern and law clerk with several prominent federal and state organizations and agencies, including, but not limited to, the Chambers of a U.S. District Judge, the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Federal Public Defender's Office, and Collin County District Attorney's Office. Konstantin is an award-winning public speaker and a Certified Mediator with many hours of mediation and negotiation experience under his belt. Konstantin strives to focus his practice on Mediation as well as Environmental, Natural Resource, Administrative, and Water law. He enjoys chess and classical music. | |||||||||
