Laura joined the firm in March 2008. She now works on the firm's complex product liability cases, primarily in the areas of automobile, pharmaceutical product liability and mass torts. Prior to joining the firm she worked for the Legal Aid Society in the Criminal Defense Division where she tried numerous cases to verdict and conducted scores of hearings. Before working for Legal Aid, she was a journalist covering the wars in the former Yugoslavia and worked for the United Nations in legal and policy positions in both Bosnia and Afghanistan. Laura is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
