H Practice Area: DUI & DWI Outcome: NOT GUILTY Description: Defendant wrongfully accused of DUI, DWI, etc. One day bench trial in Montgomery County, MD, in which Judge found client NOT GUILTY, because Judge determined that client was simply using vehicle as a shelter, and not driving. State v. M Practice Area: DUI & DWI Outcome: NOT GUILTY Description: Defendant accused of DUI, DWI, etc. After a one day bench trial in Frederick County, MD, client was acquitted of those charges after extensive cross-examination of the arresting officer.
