Lindsey Tew Simmons, Attorney

Lindsey Simmons received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Mississippi State University in 2005 and her Master of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Mississippi State University in 2006. She received her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2009 graduating cum laude.  While attending Mississippi College, she served as an Executive Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review and as the Editor-in-Chief of the Legal Eye, the student newspaper.

Mrs. Simmons's practice involves commercial trucking defense, insurance defense and general litigation.  Mrs. Simmons is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.

Mrs. Simmons also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy at Mississippi College School of Law.
