I make a difference in all of my cases but in one particular case my client was enlisted in the Navy and returned state side only to be served with divorce papers. While he was over seas, the Court granted the wife sole legal and sole physical custody of their child, also my client was ordered to pay spousal and child support. The case concluded with the wife getting no spousal support and the child support was reduced by 2/3. They now have joint legal and physical custody.

The main source of my business is referrals. I respond to all phone calls, emails, etc. My track record is excellent. My approach to family law is creative in that I "look outside the box" for solutions to my client's problems. Finally, my office and I are available to our clients.

Clients should interview at least 2 lawyers before retaining. They should look for a lawyer who does not make promises, one they can afford, and understands and cares about the clients' situation.

Its always good have a good reputation in the local in which a lawyer works.

During a free phone consultation, I list carefully to the client's issues and I then provide a legal plan for them to pursue.

I need the client's name, address, and phone number. I need to know if a case has already been filed. I need the client's statement of facts so that I can properly represent the client.

I started practicing family law in 1998. I hold a JD from Western State. I have a Masters Degree and previously I was in real estate. My experience with clients coupled with my intuition allows me to provide legal expertise.

The most important aspect of my job is ""winning."" I strive to represent my client such that the issues are resolved in a reasonable and fair manner. I take very seriously issues having to do with children. My standard for that is the best interest of the child.
