Ms. Daley has extensive commercial and real estate litigation experience in plenary as well as summary proceedings, commercial landlord/tenant issues, arbitrations, mediations, mortgage foreclosures and disputes, construction cases, guaranty actions, contract disputes, co-op & condo cases; mechanic liens, electrical, square footage, floor area ratio, and noise control issues; creditor's rights and committee matters in bankruptcy filings; collection matters, judgment enforcements, and appellate work, as well as commercial lease and contract negotiation & drafting experience. She has represented various Commercial Property Owners and Management Companies, businesses and individuals, as well as major commercial tenants in local, State and Federal Bankruptcy Courts. Ms. Daley has extensive trial and counseling experience dating back to when she first began practice and was engaged in criminal defense and negligence, and an overall general practice. Thereafter, she focused her practice on commercial & real estate litigation and became proficient in this area of law.

Her prior experience was as litigation counsel for Newmark Knight Frank; Counsel to Blank Rome, LLP, and her own private practice spanning over 25 years.

She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School; Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University; and an Associate of Science from Brookdale Community College.
