I represented an Iraqi War veteran with PTSD . He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon (ADW) and felony malicious injury to property. About 50 Swat members stormed his house, broke his windows, threw tear gas and sent in bomb sniffing robots. He had a flashback and freaked out. The DA wanted him to plead to a felony. I was ready to take the case to trial with a self defense theory because of the robots. Due to his condition he was in reasonable fear for his life or substantial bodily harm. Then I said I would call the press. After that conversation he pled guilty to a couple of misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges so he got probation and did not lose his medical benefits

I worked hard and returned phone calls right away. I attended many seminars all over the county teaching me how to be a better lawyer and many people including attorneys began to refer my business.

• Mr. Yampolsky handled a Federal matter with 13 co-defendants and 541 counts involving the use of computers and inside knowledge to wager large sums of money to their advantage. The end result was a Not Guilty verdict for each of the thirteen co-defendants on all 541 counts.
