Marc Kurzman has maintained an active commercial litigation practice for over twenty-five years. He has extensive experience litigating commercial real estate cases, generally on behalf of property owners and developers, including landlord/tenant disputes, contested bankruptcy issues, environmental claims, zoning disputes and various other property-related matters. Attorney Kurzman also has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of contract and product liability disputes in state and federal court and in arbitration fora. He holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University (1980) and a J.D. from Columbia University (1983). Attorney Kurzman is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and District of Connecticut and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits.
