Matthew S. Anderson, Attorney

Matthew S. Anderson is a Partner at Munck Carter, where he practices in the Intellectual Property section. Mr. Anderson focuses his practice on domestic and international patent procurement and enforcement, as well as counseling clients on identifying, protecting and exploiting intellectual property.

Mr. Anderson earned his degree in Computer Engineering at Southern Methodist University, where he was a University Scholar and Engineering Honors Scholar.  Mr. Anderson received his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law, with a dual concentration in commercial and civil litigation.  At Baylor, Mr. Anderson received an American Jurisprudence Award, served as President of the Student Bar Association, was Magister of the Hemphill Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, and inducted into the Order of Barristers.

• Performed defensive review and invalidity analysis of patents asserted by a leading semiconductor manufacturer as part of licensing negotiations.
