Introduction: | Megan C. Deluhery concentrates her practice in general business litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Deluhery was an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she worked on securities, intellectual property, trade regulation and other complex commercial litigation matters, in addition to assisting clients with governmental inquiries and internal investigations. Ms. Deluhery has also worked on a variety of pro bono cases, including Hague Convention, probate, and housing matters. Ms. Deluhery has practiced in federal and state courts across the country, as well as before the SEC, NASD and other administrative bodies.
Megan Deluhery received her A.B., summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1999 and her J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 2002.
