Melissa L. Mignogna, Attorney

Melissa Mignogna joined the firm in May 2008 as an associate attorney. Although Ms. Mignogna spent her childhood in Pennsauken, New Jersey, she moved to Medford in 1991 and is a graduate of Shawnee High School . Ms. Mignogna received a B.S from Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey where she majored in Finance. She received her Juris Doctor from Widener University, located in Wilmington, Delaware in 2006.

Ms. Mignogna has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey and has broad experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, separation agreement, business and other asset valuations, custody and visitation, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, annulments and domestic violence. During law school, Ms. Mignogna volunteered at the Burlington County Courthouse where she assisted many family law judges and attorneys. After completing law school, she secured a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John L. Call, Jr., now the presiding family law judge in Burlington County .

Ms. Mignogna is a member of the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations. She also served as an Election Day Volunteer Attorney during the presidential election in 2008 where she advocated for people's right to vote who were improperly denied that privilege. She has been invited by the Democratic Party to again volunteer as an Election Day Attorney for future years.

Ms. Mignogna currently resides in Collingswood, New Jersey . Her family remains in the South Jersey area which has allowed her to maintain strong connections to this region.
