Melissa A. Wurster, Attorney

Melissa A. Wurster's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Her extensive litigation experience also includes commercial lease disputes, eminent domain and quiet title actions as well as corporate and partnership disputes, breach of contract and unfair business practices claims. In addition to litigation, Melissa also represents clients in the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Melissa is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 1995. She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 1998. She was admitted to the California Bar that same year.

Melissa is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
