How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?My practice spans the entire state of Florida so as a Florida native, I can offer good advice on many venues.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?If I have a conflict, if I have time for case, if I think they have a case, approx. cost, time to complete.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?How serious is prospective client about the matter, can they afford to defend or initiate the lawsuit.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I am very hands on in every case. I do not leave the work up to my staff to just figure out what is needed like many lawyers do. I pretty much do everything on my cases myself and use support staff to get what I create out the door.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping people.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I am very creative so I like anything where I can create things. For example remodeling homes, decorating, kitchen design, etc. and traveling and SCUBA diving.
Are you involved in your community?Yes, I am very involved in my community.
