We obtained a settlement for a group of workers against a company for overtime and minimum wage violations which refused to compensate employees. We successfully pushed the employer to change its pay practices and obtained justice for the group. I also represented an individual who was fired and retaliated against for objecting to the employer's unlawful practices.
