Paddi Sharifian was born in Tehran, Iran in 1972.

ACADEMIC RECORD

Ms. Sharifian received a B.A. in International Business with an emphasis in Spanish from California State University, Fullerton in 1994, where she graduated with a 3.56 grade point average. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1997 from Loyola Law School, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class. Ms. Sharifian also obtained a Master in Business Administration in 1997 from Loyola Marymount University with a 3.9 grade point average. She is admitted to the California State Bar.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Ms. Sharifian's prior law practice and law firm affiliations include: United States Bankruptcy Court, Santa Ana, where she externed for the Honorable John J. Wilson from 1995 to 1998; Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, Irvine, where she practiced in the real estate litigation and bankruptcy department from 1998 to 2000; Snell & Wilmer, Irvine, where she practiced in the real estate transactions department from 2000 to 2002; Bridgford, Knottnerus & Gleason where she practiced from May of 2002 through November of 2005; and Knottnerus & Associates where she has been of counsel since December of 2007.

Ms. Sharifian has extensive experience in real estate development, leasing and general business transactions. She has structured, drafted, negotiated and closed numerous and diverse real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements and related financing documents. Ms. Sharifian has also handled high-volume closings and has extensive title work experience.
