The founding attorney of Teplen & Associates, PLLC has been practicing law since 1983. Mr. Teplen is regularly listed in Who's Who in the World for outstanding contributions to the legal and business community. He has represented thousands of individual, corporate and institutional clients throughout the United States and Internationally in the resolution of U.S. Immigration issues and legal matters involving real estate, corporate, and estate law. Mr. Teplen's Gestalt philosophy stems from his diverse educational and professional background. His education includes: Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1982), Georgetown University (B.S.B.A., Finance, Cum Laude, 1979) and Oxford University Center for Management Studies, Graduate International Business Finance, Marketing & Government Program (1978). In addition to legal representation, Mr. Teplen has served as Founder, Officer or Director of many corporations in the Construction, Financial, Energy and Computer industries.

The aforestated foundation has provided Mr. Teplen with unique expertise to represent immigration clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Department of Labor, Department of State, Board of Immigration Appeals and the Executive Office of Immigration Review in a method that maximizes all the strengths of the application.
