TN State Lawyer Additional Information: Bio: I retired at the end of 2016 after 45 years of practice with the Firm of Wilson Worley, P.C. in Kingsport. Although my practice was general civil, most of my work involved litigation--personal injury, medical malpractice, workers comp., products liability, insurance law, construction disputes, real estate and estate disputes. I have maintained my license. But, except for some pro bono work, I do not actively practice. I do conduct mediations. I have been a Supreme Ct. Rule 31 listed general civil mediator for 19 years.
