I represented a prominent local business man owned by himself and his partner. Each partner owned 50% of the business. My client's partner hired an out of state attorney from a large law firm. The lawyer drafted shareholder documents and other corporate documents that harmed my client when his partner died and corporate proceeds were required to be distributed. I successfully instituted a legal malpractice action against the out of state law firm and a lucrative settlement was reached just prior to trial. My client, a high school junior, was a passenger in a roll over crash. Although he sustained a minor shoulder injury which required no medical attention, he suffered from anxiety attacks as a result of the crash. Mental anguish is difficult to prove and insurance companies rarely compensate when no physical injuries are sustained. However, I diligently and successfully litigated this matter and convinced the insurance carrier to award my client damages for his mental injuries resulting in an award that would cover his college education.I represented a female African American who was employed by one of the large national investment firms. Although she held all required licenses for employment that other employees did not hold, she was the only employee terminated during a employment restructuring. My representation of her EEOC discrimination case resulted in a large settlement along with re- employment.

I always wanted to be a lawyer because I love helping others out of sticky situations. Which means first and foremost, being accessible to my clients not just during normal business hours, but also during evenings, weekends and holidays. I am very charismatic and people feel comfortable communicating with me. I understand problems associated with children as well as the elderly and have represented people from all walks of life. I am thought of highly by the Florida Bar and receive numerous referrals from them.

Honesty, is the hallmark of my practice. I will not take a case when I do not believe that I can bring a successful outcome for the client.
