In addition to workers’ compensation cases, Mr. Baker has significant trial experience in civil litigation in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia courts. He has successfully argued appeals for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Mr. Baker works hard to aggressively represent his clients. At the same time, he strives to work with opposing parties to reach resolutions that are in the best interests of his clients.
