Robert E. Brzezinski, Attorney

Robert Brzezinski was previously a partner in the law firm of Lyons & Rhodes, P.C. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1989 and received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1992.

Since becoming licensed in 1992, Mr. Brzezinski has handled a docket comprised entirely of civil litigation cases, ranging from products liability and multi-party toxic exposure cases to complex medical malpractice claims. He has tried cases across Texas on both the State and Federal levels, and has argued appeals in the Texas appellate courts as well as before the Supreme Court of Texas.

He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as well as in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a peer-nominated member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and holds the highest rating of "AV" from the Martindale-Hubbell legal publication. Mr. Brzezinski has received many awards and honors in his career, including being named a Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2004 by Texas Monthly Magazine. He was recently named one of the Lawdragon 3000 Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in America.

Mr. Brzezinski's professional memberships include the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in all State courts in Texas, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas and the United States Supreme Court.
