The Nelson Law Group was founded by Robert S. Nelson, who learned the practice of law in some of the best-known labor and employment firms in the country. The firm prides itself on providing big firm expertise at small firm costs.

Mr. Nelson is an adjunct professor of employment law at Stanford Law School. He has also written numerous articles that have appeared in legal and trade publications, the California Chamber of Commerce newsletter, and various law journals.
