I was able to remove a second mortgage from the client's home and reduce the first mortgage balance significantly in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Ultimately, the client was able to own his home outright and mortgage free in 5 years.
How did you build a successful practice?By offering personal service to every client. Our fees are extremely reasonable and we offer payment plans.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?To be able to meet with them face to face, make sure they lawyer handles the case and not an associate, the length of time they have been practicing in a specific area and, most of all, their reputation in the community.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Very important.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?We can offer a pretty comprehensive evaluation over the phone but a more detail interview is always necessary if the client decides to move forward with their bankruptcy.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?Generally, nothing the client can not answer themselves.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Relieving the stress the clients have about their situation.
