Practice Area:Personal Injury Outcome:Settleled for undisclosed amount. Description:Mr. Turner was involved in a catastrophic accident resulting in serious, disabling injuries. We were able to settle with the responsible driver's insurance carrier for policy limits but, as the driver was underinsured, Mr. Turner made a claim under his own insurance policy for underinsured motorist coverage. Shortly before trial, Nationwide tendered an offer that provided for Mr. Turner and the needs of his family. The case was settled.
