Handling all legal issues that impact a franchise system is of course my forte including the herding of and managing of outside counsel. Experience, creativity and persistence are at the core of my success and have helped me become a thoughtful experienced advisor and a skillful negotiator who can "close " the deal. One is never too old to learn and one should always be guided by the "think big" and "can do" mantras. My daily goal is to achieve results that best serve our clients.
