Ms. Schnall is a partner in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on health care litigation and defends hospitals, physicians and nurses and other health care providers in professional negligence actions. She also counsels health care providers and pharmaceutical companies on matters relating to clinical research.
Ms. Schnall received her B.S., cum laude, in Nursing from Neumann College in 1986 and has worked as a critical care nurse. She was also a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a biopharmaceutical company where she managed clinical trials involving investigational medications. Ms. Schnall received her J.D. in 1994 from Widener University, where she was on Law Review and served as a Staff Articles Advisor for The Journal of Corporate Law. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District Court of New Jersey.
