Introduction: | Russ began his practice at the law firm of Boyd Veigel, P.C. and focused primarily on handling criminal defense matters, and has tried over 150 jury trials within the last seven years. While practicing at Boyd Veigel, P.C., Russ had the opportunity to begin learning the issues associated with representing landowners facing eminent domain/condemnation proceedings and has been handling these cases ever since. As a result, the focus of his practice has slowly switched to handling eminent domain cases. Russ’s trial experience makes him particularly suited to handle condemnation lawsuits due to the fact these cases are more consistently resolved by way of a jury trial than any other type of civil case.
