Finally, reaffirmed on her car so she was able to keep it. Description: Client had recently retired and was underwater on her house and had tens of thousands of dollars in unsecured debt consisting mostly of credit cards, medical bills, She could no longer afford her mortgage payments and did not have the ability to maintain the house. She also had a car loan and wanted to keep her car.
