Shane D. Buntrock, Attorney

Mr. Buntrock joined Sanders & Park in 1999 and is a shareholder and director with the firm. His diverse commercial practice involves contract law, commercial and residential real estate, employment law, non-compete agreements, landlord and tenant law, creditor's rights, secured transactions, business planning, corporate and entity formation and estate planning. Mr. Buntrock's practice also includes commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Buntrock has represented clients in state court, Federal District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court and administrative proceedings. Mr. Buntrock has taught Law and Banking, an American Bankers' Association (ABA) course to Bank employees. He has presented seminars to lenders on bankruptcy issues and to employers on workmen's compensation and employment issues through Lorman Education Services.

Mr. Buntrock earned his Juris Doctor from the University Of South Dakota School Of Law, in 1994 and his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from South Dakota State University, in 1989. Prior to associating with Sanders & Parks, P.C., Mr. Buntrock was engaged in private practice in South Dakota. Previous to private practice, Mr. Buntrock was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Steven L. Zinter, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pierre, South Dakota. He is the author of Quill Corporation v. North Dakota: Spawning the Physical Presence Nexus Requirement Under the Commerce Clause, 38 S.D.L. Rev. 130 (1993). Mr. Buntrock is licensed to practice in the States of Arizona, Nebraska and South Dakota. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Business and Real Estate Sections, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
