My office has represented numerous individuals, who were turned away by other law offices, and were able to get them significant settlements. One client was involved in an accident with an uninsured business vehicle. After months of negotiations we were able to secure a $20,000 settlement for the client which most went into her pocket. Another case involved a lady that was struck by a vehicle after walking in the street. Witnesses observed the individual walk off the bus and into the street against the light. However we successfully argued that the driver of the vehicle should bear responsibility for the accident resulting in a $50,000 settlement for the client. I've been able to get many client's criminal cases and traffic tickets dismissed through numerous different ways. One client was charged with a felony that I was able to get the entire case dismissed. Not all cases are the same and good results can vary depending on the circumstnaces of each case.

Hard work and meeting the clients needs. Each client is different and sometimes it means reducing fees, payment plans or arranging for me to go meet them instead of coming to my office.

Many times we can give a client a good understanding of the their case and possible outcomes depending on the facts of the case. In most situations, potential clients walk away from a phone consult with a much better feeling about their case and a better grasp of the process to get to a resolution or final outcome.

A copy of the traffic ticket, arrest affidavit, or knowledge of the charge against you, in a debt defense case a copy of the lawsuit would be helpful in evaluating a case, however, it's not necessary.
