Our firm was able to help two young men that were severely burned by a defective product get the treatment they needed, counseling for adjusting to the scars, and settled the case for an astounding amount. This will allow these young men to secure their future medical treatment, and any complications that may arise from this traumatic experience. We help numerous people with numerous different situations and injuries. From car wrecks, slips and falls, third party work injuries, 18-wheeler accidents, oil field accidents, wrongful deaths, premise liability, and criminal cases.
How did you build a successful practice?The best way to ensure that you have a successful business is to keep your clients happy and trusting you to handle their cases and family and friends cases. With hard work and dedication to the client, this firm has been successful with word of mouth referrals. We get an overwhelming amount of our business from past clients who feel confident enough in our services to recommend others who need help, to the firm. We let others speak for us. We don't feel it is as genuine to speak for ourselves. If the client is happy with the results we get them- YOU ARE A SUCCESS!
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Honesty, Integrity, dedication, smart, tough, and not scared to fight in the court room.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?The more opposing counsel, prosecutors and judges you know in the areas of practice, the better results you will be able to produce. If you know a judge or counsel is more sympathetic in one area or another you will try your best to avoid or bring to light that aspect of the case. Plus being able to speak to an opposing counsel on a personal level or a prosecutor or judge, makes the presentation more sincere and thus produces better results.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?If we can help you, if it would require a retainer, what type of case the potential client has, if we cannot help- refer to someone we believe can, and why we can't, if you don't have a case- we will explain why.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I would say what separates us from the rest is our drive and determination to make the client happy. As stated before, we get the majority of our work from past client referrals. People appreciate the way we have handled their case and the effort we put forth, so they refer. If we didn't fight for our clients- we would not survive!
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Seeing a client smile at results.
What are your other interests in addition to law?Family, Friends, Love sports
Are you involved in your community?Many that work for me volunteer in the community youth sports, and we donate to those organizations. We also support the local law enforcement groups.
