Mr. Coy was awarded his Juris Doctorate degree in 1996, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, and since 1996 has been a respected member of the Utah State Bar Association. Mr. Coy is a Member of the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar Association, for family law and divorce practitioners and litigators, and also a member of the Utah Association for Justice. In addition to being a Family Law and Divorce Attorney and Mediator, Mr. Coy is a Private Guardian ad Litem, receiving appointments from District Court Judges to represent minor children in high conflict divorce and other family law disputes. Mr. Coy also handles Guardianship and Conservatorship matters for persons seeking to be appointed to assist with the management of an incapacitated family member's affairs.
