Attorney Thomas Ford has built a career as a consumer bankruptcy attorney, but realizes bankruptcy might not be for you. As a debt relief attorney, Thomas Ford has represented more than 1,000+ clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He has practiced extensively before all Bankruptcy Judges and Trustees in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, and Tyler. Before beginning his bankruptcy career, he worked in the debt settlement industry. As an attorney, he has represented clients in conflicts with most law firms that represent mortgage lenders and servicers. He is licensed to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is also licensed to practice in all Texas state courts. Thomas is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the
National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators.

Thomas Ford is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of ’91. In 2001, he received his Juris Doctorate of Law from the Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. He has practiced as a debt relief attorney for more than ten years.

When he isn’t working to solve your debt problems, Thomas is an avid supporter of Texas A&M Athletics and enjoys spending time with his wife Elise and their two children, Will and Lainey.
