QUESTIONNAIRE
16 year relationship, wherein the parties had two children, and the client mother was a victim of domestic violence. The parties were never formally married and opposing party refused to recognize they were common law married. Opposing party claimed our client was entitled to nothing and all possessions and money were his and his alone. We successfully litigated the common law marriage issue and client became entitled to maintenance, we were successful in getting client a permanent protection order, defended against opposing parties' appeal of the protection order ruling, and fought to uncover the truth from the lies.
