Smith, Hannan & Parker, P.C. was established in February of 1996 by partners James R. Smith, Jr., B. Miles Hannan, and David A. Parker. Our lawyers have over 85 years of combined experience. We provide legal services for individuals throughout Georgia in state and federal courts as well as the surrounding areas including: Lowndes, Brooks, Echols, Cook, Thomas, Colquitt, Berrien, Clinch, Grady, Mitchell, Dougherty, Tift, Atkinson, and Coffee counties.
