When charged with DUI, one of the biggest decisions an individual has to make after being arrested in Atlanta, Marietta, Lawrenceville (or any other place in Georgia) is whether or not to hire an attorney to fight the driving under the influence charges. Hiring the WRONG DUI lawyer is sometimes worse than representing yourself, because you may be given BAD advice, and therefore make bad decisions about your case.
