Attorney Brent Wieand is the founder of the Wieand law Firm. He is committed to providing strong legal representation to plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Pennsylvania and new Jersey.  Brent handles a wide variety of claims including nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, car accidents, defective products, truck accidents, and premises liability. He has a proven track record of getting justice for people that were seriously injured or killed by another’s negligence or recklessness.  In recognition of his success, Brent was selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for the years of 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 an honor bestowed on only 2 ½ percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania. He has also been selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40.

Brent is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  For cases outside these states, the he works with local attorneys in each state as applicable.

Brent resides in Center City, Philadelphia. He is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and The Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He serves as a certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Before becoming a trial lawyer, Brent earned a law degree at Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended The Pennsylvania State University as an undergraduate where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Science.
