Recent case representing a consumer against a very large nationwide creditor. After an arbitration award against the consumer in an amount over $40,000.00 we decided to appeal the arbitration. A verdict was entered in favor of my consumer client and an award of attorney fees was given to my firm.
How did you build a successful practice?Returning calls, keeping clients informed and working very hard on each case has allowed my practice to steadily increase through my years of practice.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Attentiveness and understanding.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is always important. A lawyer who is familiar with how judge's typically rule will now how to best prepare a case.
