-August 28, 2009: Won a ruling (based on the new child support statute) reducing a client's child support from $625 to $358 per month though his income remained the same. -January 28, 2010: Obtained visitation order in contested modification case. -February 9, 2010: Obtained a divorce for a lady client who had been separated from her husband for about five years. She received primary physical custody, final decision making authority for the children and approximately $950 per month in child support. Also, she will receive 1/2 of any equity in the marital home, which was calculated to be in excess of $30,000. The husband had refused to provide any child support. -March 3, 2010: Obtained temporary custody for a FATHER in a contested legitimation and custody case.
