A few months ago, Alyn Law Office, PLLC represented a client on a DUI case. The initial offer was plead guilty as charged, from a very stern and difficult prosecutor. I was able to meticulously review the evidence and find a basis for a reduction to Reckless Driving. Not only was a Reckless Driving resolution reached, but the client also was granted an Adjudication Withhold - which allows the client to deny any conviction at all upon successful completion of probation terms. In this particular situation, the client went from a DUI to the possibility of no conviction at all.

• Criminal defense | Closed | Client was charged with a felony, with a long outstanding warrant. New intervening charges had occurred, and were subjection to a violation hearing. State waived violation and case was closed with payment of fines, no revocation of suspended sentence occurred. Criminal defense | Felony reduced to Misdemeanor and Closed | Client was charged with felony theft. Case was negotiated to a misdemeanor with fine only. Case was closed immediately upon payment of the fine.
