Litigation - Conducted 20 jury trials, appellate work, and administrative issues. Corporate Matters - Drafting and review of contracts, Rule 144 stock, real estate, buy-sell agreements, and redemption agreements. Legislative Liaison - Served as corporate liaison to the American Gas Association.
