Fee: A workers' compensation attorney representing an injured worker does not get paid unless the injured worker gets paid. Our payment comes directly from the insurance carrier after it is withheld from the injured worker's awarded benefits. There is no set amount for a fee. It is always based upon work performed, and is usually around 15% of any additional money our work has generated for the injured worker. For uninsured employers, our fee structure is different. Please call to inquire about the fees for representing uninsured employers or for further explanation of fees for representing injured workers.
